Kamil Tosiek — private detective and court expert

A lawyer, licensed detective and, since 2025, court expert in private investigation and investigative techniques — at the Regional Courts in Gdansk, Torun, Elblag and Warsaw. Court mediator at the Regional Court in Gdansk since 2022.

He read law at WSAiB in Gdynia, studied private investigation at the University of Security and Protection in Warsaw, and completed postgraduate studies in substantive and procedural criminal law at the Jagiellonian University.

The next stage is a Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme begun in 2026 at WSB University, run in cooperation with EY Academy of Business — formerly Ernst & Young. It is intended to form the basis for opening doctoral proceedings crowning his achievements and education to date.

Since 2015 he has worked actively with law enforcement on trademark protection, and since 2016 he has taken part in numerous cases and searches widely covered in the media.
